Aftercare
- Avoid sprays or lotions near any jewellery as they can cause tarnishing.
- Keep jewellery from getting wet, remove before bathing or swimming.
- A lacquer is applied on most copper pieces, any darkening or colouring on pieces is a natural development of this lacquer.
- Any copper pieces that don’t have a lacquer applied will also darken and in some cases experience some colouring, is the natural oxidation of the copper and can be polished with a Blue ‘Polishing’ Cloth.
- Silver pieces can experience some tarnishing or darkening if these guidelines aren’t followed, no stress, these can be polishing off with a Blue ‘polishing’ Cloth’.
Shipping
Unfortunately I can not ship internationally at this time. Tariffs and processing fees are currently too high for me to sustain an international market, any updates or changes to this will be posted on my instagram and this website.
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Packaging will be discrete to avoid any un-wanted attention.
All silver used in any designs, in any quantity is 100% Silver, any pieces that meet the required weight will be hallmarked according to the law.
All prints and cards are my own work and therefore copyrighted. Any imitation or copy of work is unauthorised.
Any gemstones used will have apt descriptions on the pieces post as to what it is, if it’s a natural gemstone, synthetic or treated. All gemstones used are ethically sourced from either local sellers or wholesalers who adhere to a high standard of quality and ethical policies which aline with The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) standards.
Any repairs to pieces will be honoured in the first 12 months from the time of purchase, email me for further details.
